Venue Notes
Children and parents will need to inform their teacher that they are attending an after school club. Their class teacher will allow them 5-10 minutes to get changed before the end of the school day in …moreside their classroom.
After getting changed children will need to go straight onto the KS2 playground where they will be met by one of the coaches. Time is given for the children to relax and have a snack before the session begins. For some it is a long, busy day so we think this downtime is important. During this time children will be registered.
IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ. If a child was present at school and expected at club it is important to let us know if they will be absent. If we do not receive a message we will call home and a message will be left to let us know your child has been collected safely. Failure to notify us or if we cannot reach anybody the child may be considered a missing person and police informed.
Once registration finishes children will be divided into their groups. Girls-only (Lioness Sport sessions) & Boys/Mixed (LionPride Sport sessions).
At home time, children will be signed out and will be able to leave only when a member of staff has seen the adult responsible for collecting the child.
For KS1 sessions a member of staff will supervise the children getting changed within their year groups. Once all children are changed and registered they will be brought to the field to begin the session. less
