• Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.
• Lioness Sport | LionPride Sport or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.
• Lioness Sport | LionPride Sport reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
• You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing us at 4thepridesport@gmail.com.
• You must inform us or the school if your child will be leaving the session in a way that is different from what you have declared on the registration form.
• You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address.
• Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
• You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
• We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.
• In case of bad weather, sessions will still go ahead. If the weather is deemed by the coach to be extremely poor or unsafe, then the session will be taken indoors. Indoor sessions will comprise of alternative physical activities, quizzes, match analysis, crafts, games or other classroom-friendly activities. In case of school closure, parents/carers will be contacted by the school or Lioness Sport | Lionpride Sport.
