Venue Notes
Children and parents will need to inform their teacher that they are attending an after school session. Their class teacher will allow them 5-10 minutes to get changed before the end of the school day …more inside their classroom.
After getting changed children will need to go straight onto the playground where they will be registered.
Children will register before being given 5 minutes free-time to have a snack whilst a member of staff finishes registering each child.
At home time, children will be signed out and will be able to leave only when a member of staff has seen the adult responsible for collecting the child.
IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ. If a child was present at school and expected at club it is important to let us know if they will be absent. If we do not receive a message we will call home and a message will be left to let us know your child has been collected safely. Failure to notify us or if we cannot reach anybody the child may be considered a missing person and police informed. less
